About

Westboro UMC is a church community for the 21st Century grounded in the the traditions of our forefathers and mothers.

The original church building was built in 1854. The property the church is on was purchased by the original trustees of the church from Granville and Rhoda Haines.

In 1992 the church built an addition with a large fellowship hall, classrooms, and a large kitchen space. The church is well-equipped for hosting a variety of community events and special events (such as a wedding and reception).

There is also a large outside recreational area including a picnic shelter, a basketball hoop, and a baseball diamond.
